Cancellation Policy

At One Ell of a Groom, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your dog. We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £20 fee.

No-Shows:

​

• If you miss your appointment without notifying us, the full grooming fee will be charged.

We implement this policy to protect our time and ensure fairness to all our clients, as last-minute cancellations or no-shows leave us with gaps we’re unable to fill.
